WE LEARN BEST FROM EACH OTHER

"
Le Trente began with a question I couldn’t shake after nearly three years of hosting my podcast, Out of the Clouds. I was having remarkable conversations — honest, deep, the kind that stay with you. But something was missing", says Anne, the founder.

What I wanted, and couldn’t find anywhere else, was a place to exchange around those conversations with others. To think out loud. To hear what other people made of the same ideas.

So in October 2023, I hosted a trial salon at my apartment in Geneva — seventeen people, a topic I’d been working on for months (Story of You), and far too much food, because it was also my birthday. After I finished the presentation, I went to the kitchen expecting people to follow and help me bring out the food. Nobody came.

I walked back to the living room to find everyone still sitting around the table, still deep in conversation — apart from two people who’d slipped out to the balcony for a sneaky cigarette. That was the moment. Something important was happening in that room, and it wasn’t the food (although people certainly came back for my cooking skills too).

Our mission

Le Trente exists to create space — digital and in real life — where people find inspiration, openings, perspectives, and connections.

In a world increasingly fragmented and polarised, where we seem to be looking at different futures, Le Trente offers something essential: a place to listen to others in a shared space. To explore topics with experts, with guides, in more depth. To let ourselves hear different perspectives. To ask questions that matter. To hold complexity. To let insights emerge. To dream. Together.

This is already happening. Through salons in Geneva, regular online programming, weekly meditation practice, podcasts, workshops, and a growing international community.

How we work

One of the most important things I learned during my two-year mindfulness teacher training — from Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach — was the value of surfacing the broadest possible variety of human experience from a single event.

It sounds simple, but it changes everything about how you hold a room. Most of us, when we encounter a topic, quietly assume everyone else is receiving it the way we are. But they aren’t. Someone is moved. Someone is resistant. Someone is relieved to finally hear it named. Someone thinks you’ve got it completely wrong.

That first salon taught me this in practice. When I shared my own difficulty with talking about myself, people I’d assumed were naturals at self-promotion admitted they were terrible at it. Others pushed back on the whole framing. Some shared really the tender reality they were struggling with. The room went three-dimensional in a way that no talk, no course, no podcast episode ever could.

This is how we design every session at Le Trente. We’re not here to deliver content for you to absorb. I think of it like this: drink too much water and after a while, it just goes through you. Same with podcasts, courses, masterclasses. We’re interested in what stays. So every gathering is designed with reflection built in — moments of inquiry, space to notice what’s resonating, and an invitation to take something away that’s yours.

Sharing is always optional. No one is pushed. But we make room for it, because that’s where the real learning tends to live.

What we do

Le Trente’s programming is intentionally broad — you’ll find workshops on business, on parenting, on cooking, on storytelling. What unites them is always the same question underneath: who are you, and what are you carrying?

Raising voices

We believe in authentic self-expression and that all of us need a safe place to be heard — or simply to explore our own voice. Through Story of You programs, story circles, and audio experiences, we honour the power of spoken word and the unique qualities that only voice can convey. Our podcast offerings and production services extend this work further.

Intentional spaces

Every Le Trente space — physical or digital — is designed to be safe, beautiful, and trustworthy. These are the conditions under which vulnerable self-discovery actually happens. We don’t take that lightly.

Authentic connections

Cultivating genuine relationships where we truly see and reflect each other, across both digital and physical spaces. Like the jewels in Indra’s Net, we exist in meaningful relationship with one another.

Community building

Creating spaces for meaningful connection and growth through salons, story circles, and transformative group experiences — in Geneva and online.

Transformative events

Intimate gatherings designed for lasting impact. Not content delivery — lived experience, with reflection and integration built in.

The Metta Interview

Le Trente’s brand new podcast series is the onboarding ramp into our network of light. Discover the brilliant contributors in our community — how their minds work, and the heart they bring to their work — before joining them for workshops, masterclasses, and other programmes.

Who we serve

Our members and community are intellectually curious, aesthetically sensitive, and hungry for conversation that goes somewhere.

Some are building something meaningful and need peers who understand both the ambition and the soul work. Some are thriving professionally but feel like a large part of themselves only surfaces at weekends. Some are in transition, not yet sure what comes next, and want exposure to many voices and practices rather than one prescribed path.

What they share is a willingness to explore, show up fully, to meet and hear from people in community — and a desire to be somewhere that makes that possible.

Le Trente is open by design. You can walk in for a meditation, attend a salon, or try a workshop without any commitment. And for those who want sustained access to the community and its offerings, membership is a natural next step.

The philosophy behind our work

There is an ancient image from Buddhist cosmology called Indra’s Net — an infinite web, with a jewel at every node, each one reflecting all the others. No jewel shines alone. Each one’s light is caught and returned by every other.

The truth is, we are all interconnected. We are all a light.

Sometimes we just need to remember. Life can dim us — not permanently, but enough that we lose sight of what we’re carrying. Le Trente is a place to reignite that sense of connection to yourself, and to others.

The work here — whether you come for a storytelling workshop, a meditation, a masterclass, or a conversation you didn’t plan on having — is always some version of the same thing: mining and shining. Digging for what’s already in there. Polishing it. Letting it catch the light.

And in community, something else happens. You see yourself reflected in others. Their light reminds you of yours.

Our Vision

Le Trente’s long-term home is a beautiful, multi-floor space in the heart of Geneva — ideally near the water. Modular, warm, designed so you can taste everything Le Trente has to offer under one roof.

You walk in and discover a circular brand pop-up. You borrow a book from our library. You settle into the all-day dining restaurant — designed like a lounge, with deep sofas, beautiful artwork, the kind of place where you feel permission to stay. You dig into the food, locally sourced, from our zero-waste kitchen. You book yourself into a yoga, movement or meditation session in the studio, or sign up for a masterclass with a thinker, expert or teacher, and invite your friends to join you. You register for a multi-day event with international names, or a retreat out in the countryside, with your favorite teachers and guides. It’s all possible.

And beyond Geneva, Le Trente exists as a digital community hub — a place to exchange, learn, stay in touch, and discover, without your data being mined or your attention being sold to the highest bidder. No algorithms deciding what you see. No performance metrics. Just connection, on your terms.

In person in Geneva. Online to the world.

Our values

Generous reflection
Le Trente creates spaces where everyone both discovers their unique gifts and reflects others' brilliance back to them. In our community gatherings, coaching work, and workshops, Le Trente facilitates the process where people mine their depths together and amplify each other's discoveries. No one shines alone - we're a network where each person's light makes others brighter.

Courageous exploration
From 'coeur' meaning heart in French, Le Trente believes meaningful change requires us to follow our hearts, and courageously dive beneath the surface. Through Le Trente's guidance and supportive community, we help clients and members explore their authentic essence, then support them in expressing it authentically (and sometimes strategically). Le Trente creates safe containers for the vulnerable work of self-discovery and authentic expression.

Passion
The natural energy stemming from our desire to elevate others and their work. This energy fuels our community gatherings, powers our advisory work, and infuses every interaction with purpose.

These values are rooted in the foundational practices of mindfulness and Loving Kindness - the deep currents that flow beneath everything we create at Le Trente.
