I just stumbled upon this podcast as I was writing the Looking Forward piece about negotiation and was delighted to note that I know the guest. Emma Grede, ex MD of ITB International, currently CEO of Good American, the size-inclusive denim brand she launched with partner Khloe Kardashian. It’s a fantastic interview of a visionary founder who generously shares advice from hustling in East London when she was growing up to building partnership deals. Highly recommended
