Practice mindfulness, compassion and Loving Kindness with Le Trente

Building a foundation of presence and compassion, one breath at a time

Guided Meditation Practices, online & IRL

Whether you're completely new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice, these offerings create multiple pathways into mindfulness and loving kindness. Each practice acknowledges that meditation isn't about perfection—it's about meeting yourself exactly where you are with gentleness and curiosity.

Think of these practices as the soil upon which the foundation of Le Trente is built. They are essential, life-sustaining, though we may think of soil as basic, and not pay so much attention to it, we need to tend to the ground so that it can continue to nurture our growth, in all its manifestations.

We don’t offer these practices for free simply because we know that when we don’t pay to attend events, most of us drop out. Our goal is to nurture and support a like-minded community of seekers, curious souls who want to feel a deep sense of connection to themselves and others, and to the world at large. It’s our deep belief that mindfulness, compassion and loving kindness practices are the best way to power up connection. Each of these classes is an invitation for you to come and try it for yourself. Come, join us.

Mindful Together - Your Weekly Permission to Pause

Not Always Calm, But Always Welcome

Let's be real—sometimes when we try to pause, our minds feel like a tornado of thoughts, worries, and endless to-do lists. Mindful Together is not about achieving perfect peace, but about meeting yourself exactly where you are. A 30-minute practice where scattered thoughts are welcome, restlessness is understood, and gentleness is our only goal.

What We'll Explore:

Meditation that doesn't demand perfection

Practical tools for working with whatever arises

A compassionate community that embraces our beautifully messy human experience

Guidance that meets you exactly where you are—no zen required

Metta Together, our weekly online practice space for Loving Kindness

Metta Together: Your Midday Heart Break - Discover Loving Kindness meditation

Perfectly Imperfect Hearts Welcome

Join us for a Heart Break—yes, you read that right. Instead of the heartbreak that leaves us shattered, this is the heart break that helps us pause, breathe, and piece ourselves back together with compassion. A 30-minute lunchtime practice where resistance is normal, self-judgment gets a compassionate nod, and we discover that love doesn't have to be perfect to be real.

What We'll Practice:

The basics of loving kindness meditation—simple phrases, genuine intention
How to work with the "yeah, right" voice when self-compassion feels impossible
Heart Resonance—discovering how kindness ripples through from our hearts to those we practice with
Practical ways to meet difficulty with gentleness instead of judgment

Our approach

Secular and inclusive: These practices draw from Buddhist wisdom traditions while being accessible to people of all backgrounds and beliefs.

Perfectly imperfect: We embrace the reality that meditation isn't always peaceful. Restlessness, resistance, and wandering minds are all part of the practice.

Community-centred: Learning happens not just through instruction, but through practicing together and sharing our experiences.

Come as You Are:

- Zoom link will be waiting
- Cushion, chair, or couch—whatever feels comfortable
- Bring your busy mind, your skepticism, your tenderness
- No prior meditation experience necessary
