Le Trente's Guest Contributors
At Le Trente, we believe in the power of authentic connection and shared wisdom. Our guest contributors are carefully curated guides, coaches, teachers, and thinkers who bring depth, presence, and transformative insight to our community.
Each contributor shares our commitment to mindful dialogue, conscious communication, and the intentional pursuit of meaningful work and life. They are experts in their fields, yes—but more importantly, they are fellow travellers on the path of growth and self-discovery, willing to share both their successes and their stumbles, their expertise and their ongoing questions.
Meet our contributors
Giulia Galli
Raising the next generation with intention and clarity
London-based parental and mental fitness coach Giulia Galli spent 20 years in international communications before turning her attention to one of the most important roles any of us will ever hold. Author of When a Parent Is Born and founder of Reegal, she helps parents solve real challenges, raise confident kids, and understand the profound impact their role has on the world. Through her Mind Strong programme, she teaches practical tools for training the mind — for focus, calm, and resilience. We are thrilled to welcome her as a contributor to Le Trente.

Training the mind as a science of perception

Trained in Theravāda monasteries across Thailand and Myanmar, her work sits at the intersection of two rigorous disciplines — both concerned with the quality of attention and the subtle relationship between mind and body. We are delighted to welcome her as a contributor to Le Trente.

Jessica Faith Graham
Helping children and caregivers find their way back to themselves
Counsellor, mindfulness mentor, and best selling children's author Jessica Faith Graham has spent her career building self-compassion in children and families. Her debut children's book The Love Inside emerged from her own deeply personal journey of self-rediscovery — a period when the rhythms of caring for three children left little room for herself, until she started asking two deceptively simple questions: who am I, and what do I need? With degrees in counselling, psychotherapy, fine arts, and education, she brings both professional rigour and hard-won humanity to everything she does. We are delighted to welcome her as a contributor to Le Trente.
Upcoming masterclass: Look for Jessica's online masterclass →
What makes a Le Trente contributor?
Our contributors aren't here to sell you something or establish their authority. They're here to create genuine exchange, to model presence and vulnerability, and to offer fresh perspectives that spark your own insights. They share our values and demonstrate them whether through masterclasses, workshops, salon conversations, or podcast interviews, and you'll find that they bring:
- Authentic presence: they show up as themselves, not as polished personas
- Depth over breadth: we are talking beneath surface-level type conversations, to explore what truly matters
- Lived experience: they speak from their own journeys, challenges, and transformations
- Generous spirit: like us, they believe in lifting others up and creating space for collective wisdom to emerge
- A mindful approach: they too value thoughtful pauses, deep listening, and conscious communication
We are deeply proud and grateful for their kindness, generosity and support.
