This path is for the ready.
"WE ARE ALREADY WHOLE. WE JUST NEED TO REMEMBER THAT, AS WE WORK OUR WAY THROUGH THE MUDDY, SHAKY, QUICKSANDS OF THIS EARTHLY ADVENTURE."
I'm a story coach.
But not just a storytelling coach. I work with all the stories that power our lives. The ones we tell ourselves. The ones that live below the surface and keep us away from what we want. The stories we failed to rewrite and now take as truths. The stories that say we can only "be" such and such—when in reality, so much possibility exists out there.
My own story is ironic. I used to tell myself I didn't know how to tell a story. And yet this very skill I thought I lacked became the foundation of my entire career.
First at Christian Louboutin—growing from sales assistant to account executive, general manager to global head of communication. And then things got hard again. I felt uneasy. While I love talking (I'm an enthusiastic introvert), I couldn't figure out how to make it natural to talk about myself. Tough when you're a free lance business advisor.
But during that time, instead of forcing the process, I got coached. Then I became a facilitator. A credentialed coach. A mindfulness meditation instructor. I started writing. Podcasting. All of these explorations seemed without thread.
And yet, they all served a singular purpose.
Today I'm like some form of living tapestry, experiences and skills woven together over time, with flourishes for passions and quirks. And there is nothing I love more than to support people who are looking for my unique combination: empathy, curious intellect, an obsession with storytelling and mindfulness, all in service of their journey.
Journey. I know. That word can sound so... new age.
Years ago, my father said to me—not in a warm and fuzzy way—"I know that you'll always get to where you want to be. But I worry that you'll always take the hardest path to get there."
He was sitting at his antique desk, his back to me. My young self took this as a message that I was somehow defective. Wrong. That I'd be setting obstacles in my own way and should know better.
Years later, thanks to a podcast conversation, I heard the famous line from James Joyce:
"Think you're escaping and run into yourself. Longest way round is the shortest way home." — Ulysses
At that moment, I knew. What may look like a roundabout, complicated, snakey or jumpy journey is simply our life's path.
What I'm offering
My hope is that I can accompany you on your way. So that in moments of doubt, of stuckness, when you come across obstacles that feel insurmountable—I help you find the wisdom, the strength, and the skills to make it. Your own way.
This is a 9–10 month partnership. Not because I want to lock you in, but because real transformation—the kind that lasts—takes time. It takes showing up again and again, even when life throws what Anne Lamott calls "cosmic banana peels" in your path.
Think of our work like painting. With each stroke, with each exploration, we become a little more precise. We dream a little clearer. And then we build.
Together, we might work on:
The stories you tell yourself—and the ones you're ready to rewrite
Your nervous system—staying grounded when life gets loud, or heavy
Your self-trust—so decisions stop feeling so heavy
Your voice—clear, confident, no longer driven by fear or second-guessing
Your dreams—first wide and wild, then refined with precision
Your obstacles—dismantling the limiting beliefs that keep surfacing
Your vision—and the accountability to actually bring it to life
The areas will always be shaped by your needs. I work with flexibility, because you won't be the same person in month nine that you are in month one. That's the point.
What this requires
This path is for the ready.
The investment is high. Not just financially—though that too—but in time, honesty, and commitment. This is for people who are done skating on the surface. For those who want to dive deep and rewrite their stories, not just tweak their communication skills.
Time: 1–2 hours live with me every week, plus 1–2 hours of your own work between sessions. For 9–10 months.
Accountability: Think of this programme as the highest level of accountability. The kind of mentorship, coaching, and advisory blend I'm offering will help you move toward where you want to be—but only if you show up fully.
Investment: This is discussed on our first call. What I can tell you now: it reflects the depth, the duration, and the transformation this work makes possible.
