Le Trente Sunday Digest - First edition
- Feb 08, 2026

Today, I'm sharing the first of my new digest. Every Sunday, I'll send you this: what's happening that week, a meditation to pause with (I'm still trying to get everyone to meditate, but I won't be vexed if you don't take me up on it) and a few things worth your attention.

So, I'm going to make the assumption that you're here (or rather that I'm showing up in your inbox) because something about Le Trente - the podcasts, the gatherings - or my work called to you. That's a good start.

Today, I'm sharing the first of my new digest. Every Sunday, I'll send you this: what's happening that week, a meditation to pause with (I'm still trying to get everyone to meditate, but I won't be vexed if you don't take me up on it) and a few things worth your attention.

Simple, useful, inspiring (hopefully), and yours to explore as you wish.

On that note, our friend Julia Astok has created a beautiful river meditation that I can't wait for you to discover. Click on this link to receive it, and play the video below to discover the story behind it.

“A man, sitting in his house, attending the way, will be heard a hundred miles distant.Work done truly and conscientiously, in isolation, calls unknown friends.”
- Confucius
