About The Metta Interview

The Metta Interview offers intimate conversations with brilliant minds at the intersection of business, mindfulness, creativity and human potential. Each episode features audio and video conversations where we explore not just what our guests know, but who they are - their stories, their questions, and the unique perspectives they bring to their work.

Rather than traditional interviews showcasing expertise, we meet around questions that feel alive for our guests right now. Through thoughtful preparation and genuine curiosity, we create space for unexpected insights to emerge. Think of it as eavesdropping on an authentic exchange between friends - complete with hand gestures, thoughtful pauses, and those perfect imperfections that make us human.

Named for the Buddhist practice of loving-kindness, The Metta Interview brings unconditional friendliness to how we meet each other. These aren't performances but genuine explorations, where showing up fully - vulnerabilities and all - creates the kind of resonance that transforms both speaker and listener.
